The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of plastic containers for blood collection divided into the following tasks:
a) Task No. 1 - Triple containers Mountain - Down to collect full blood in the amount of 30, 000 as part of the basic order plus or 6, 000 pcs. Option rights - a total of 36, 000 pcs.
b) Task no. 2-MONTRACTION CONTAINERS MOUNTAIN-DOWN with a built-in In-Line filter for full blood intake in an amount of 6, 000 as part of the basic order plus, possibly 1, 200 as part of the options-a total of 7, 200 pcs.

The expiry date of the containers may not be less than 12 months from the date of delivery to the contracting authority.
