Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a blank Temporary Certificate of Foreigner's Identity with a hologram in the amount of 18, 000 sets. 13, 000 sets in option

2. Contractor - before the deadline for submitting offers, after prior arrangement of the date of the visit with the person authorized to make the agreementcontact with contractors, may see a sample of the subject of the contract at the contracting authority's office.

3. The execution of the order involves access to classified information classified as "confidential".

Therefore, in accordance with Article 54(1) and (2) and Article 55(1)(2) of the Act on the Protection of Classified Informationof August 5, 2010 (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 756), the Contractor must have the ability to protect classified information classified as "confidential" or higher, confirmed by a current industrial security certificate of at least the second degree. Detailed requirements for information protectionormations were specified in the Industrial Safety Instruction constituting an annex to the draft contract.

4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Specification of Order Conditions. The contractor selected during the public procurement procedure is obliged to implement the projectof the subject of the order in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ.
