Part I: Delivery of 45 pieces of brand new, unused and defect-free biometric readers (fingerprints) along with the necessary software (drivers), enabling cooperation with the Pobyt workstation ICT system. The description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 3 to SWZ.1. If the subject of the order includes or may include an ICT product, ICT service or ICT process, the contractor is obliged to offer only such ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes which, on the date of submission of the offer: a) are not indicated in the recommendation referred to in Art. 33 section 4 of the Act of July 5, 2018 on national cybersecurity system (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 20, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Cybersecurity Act, stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of state security; b) do not include an ICT product, the type of which was specified in the decision on recognizing the supplier as a supplier high risk, referred to in Art. 67b section 15 of the KSC Act, nor the ICT service or ICT process specified in this decision.2.
