Croup 1 Croup 2 1. The subject of the order is the supply of biodegradable disposable tableware and cutlery within the scope of 2 tasks of the basic order. 2. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the option right. 3. Description of the subject of the order along with the form price form is included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Price form. 4. The type (range) and quantity of the subject of the order are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Price form. 5. The offered subject of the contract must meet the requirements specified in SWZ 3 - /Price form, as well as in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the contract and in the WET - Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 6. The terms of execution of the order are specified in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 7. For the purpose confirmation that the assortment offered for delivery meets the requirements specified by the ordering party, the offer must be accompanied by the relevant evidence in accordance with Chapter IV of the SWZ (including completing and submitting with the offer the Product Card constituting attachment no. 5 to SWZ) 8. The Contractor is obliged to send or deliver in person to 3RBLog 1 unit package of samples no later than 8:00 a.m. on the day of opening the offers. The Ordering Party does not envisage supplementing the samples in accordance with Art. 107 section 2. 9. The contractor has obligation to send or deliver in person to 3RBLog a sample label of unit packages and collective packages (copy/photos) no later than 8:00 a.m. on the day of opening the offers.
