Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is: supply of batteries divided into 2 (two) parts. Common Order Vocabulary Code (CPV) 31400000-0 Accumulators, galvanic chambers and galvanic batteries2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Annexes No. 1, 1.1. - 1.2. and 6.1. 6.2. to the SWZ, i.e.: Offer form, Product and price specification with detailed descriptions of the items of the order and Draft provisions of the contract.3. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers, each of which will be assessed by the Ordering Party separately, according to the rules described in the SWZ. The order was divided into parts, as described in Annexes 1.1. - 1.2. to SWZ. Each Contractor may submit an offer for any selected part(s). 4. The Ordering Party requires the submission of an offer for all required items items listed in Annex 1.1. 1.2. to SWZ.5.
