Delivery of a bag tearer with a loading buffer The subject of the order is the execution of an order including the delivery of a bag tearer with a loading buffer. The order is implemented as part of the Project: "Investments in waste processing lines in order to improve raw material recovery". The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. The Ordering Party awards the contract in parts - the subject of this procedure includes one of the parts of the order for the supply of waste processing equipment covered by Project. The remaining parts will be the subject of separate procurement procedures. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. Minimum required warranty and guarantee period for the subject of the order: 36 months from the date signing the final acceptance protocol. LOCAL VISION: As this is necessary due to the specificity of the subject of the contract, the Ordering Party requires the contractors to conduct a site visit to the place where the installation will be carried out before submitting the offer. device constituting the subject of the order.
