1. The subject of the order is the purchase of 2 pieces of backhoe loaders along with semi-trailers for their transport, divided into parts. 2. Description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is attached as Annex No. 1.1, 1.2 to the SWZ: a) part 1 - delivery of 1 piece of backhoe loader with a semi-trailer for transport; b) part 2 - delivery of 1 piece of backhoe loader with a semi-trailer for transport; 3. The subject of the order offered by the Contractor must meet all the requirements specified by the Ordering Party in Annex No. 1.1, 1.2. 4. The Ordering Party requires that the offered subject of the order is brand new and complies with all applicable standards and regulations. 5. The Ordering Party allows the execution of part of the order to be entrusted to a Subcontractor. 6.
