1. The subject of the order is the delivery of backhoe loaders along with the performance of activities specified in §1 of the draft provisions of the contract - Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, in the quantities specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - price form. 2. Detailed description of the item the order and the requirements regarding the subject of the order are specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ - Operational and technical requirements. 3. The offered subject of the contract must meet the requirements specified in the SWZ and its annexes. 4. Terms of order fulfillment specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the contract. 5. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the right of option within the scope not exceeding the range and quantity included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Price form. 6. Ordering Party requires providing a security for proper performance of the contract before signing the contract. 7. The Ordering Party does not require a deposit in these proceedings.
