The subject of the order is the supply of a backhoe loader. - 1 piece. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 1 to SWZ. Material scope of the subject of the order: 1) The Ordering Party requires that the offered vehicle be brand new. 2) It must meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations, taking into account the requirements regarding emergency vehicles.3) In each case of using standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 section 2 point 2 and section 3 of the Public Procurement Law, the contractor should assume that such a reference is accompanied by words or equivalent words.
