Delivery of a backhoe loader. The task was carried out as part of the project titled A joint mobile technical resource of three border communes: the Municipal Commune of Lubaczw, the Commune of Lubaczw and the City and Commune of Cieszanów, strengthening the resilience of critical infrastructure and continuity of supplies water financed under the CIVIL DEFENSE POPULATION PROTECTION PROGRAM FOR 2025-202612.1.2. The vehicle must meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations: Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 988, as amended). amended);12.1.3. The Contractor should have and provide the Ordering Party with all necessary documents required by law, enabling registration of the vehicle, no later than on the day of signing the acceptance protocol.12.1.4.
