Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 1 piece of new, unused backhoe loader with additional equipment as part of the investment project titled Purchase of a backhoe loader (1 piece).2. The detailed description of the subject of the order is: 1) Description of the subject of the order Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ;2) Draft agreement, Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ.3. Guarantee and warranty for defects: 1) The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide a warranty and warranty for defects on the delivered subject of the order for a period of at least 24 months from the date of signing acceptance protocol of the subject of the order. (The final date of the guarantee and warranty for defects will result from the Contractor's offer)2) During the period of the granted warranty and warranty for defects, the Contractor will be obliged, without separate remuneration, to ensure that inspections are carried out service necessary to maintain the warranty. The costs associated with this should be included in the price of the offer.3) During the period of the warranty and warranty for defects, the Ordering Party will be entitled to the Contractor's rights resulting from the warranty for physical and legal defects on principles set out in CC.4.
