Delivery of axles for Metropolis 98B metro vehicles in 2028 - 2030 1. The subject of the Order is the supply of axles for Metropolis 98B metro vehicles. 2. The Subject of the Order includes the delivery of 130 pieces of drive axles and 60 pieces of rolling axles indicated in Technical Specification with annexes (hereinafter referred to as "TS"), constituting Annex No. 1 to the Specification of Procurement Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "SWZ") and constituting its integral part. 3. The Contractor will provide a warranty for the delivered spare parts under the conditions specified in ST (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ) and in the Contract Template (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ). During the period equal to the period of the warranty granted, the Subject of the Order will be covered by warranty. 4. The Subject of the Order will be completed in accordance with the procedure documentation, i.e. SWZ and its annexes, in particular the ST and the Template Agreement (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). 5. The Ordering Party allows the submission of an offer for parts equivalent to the original parts (original axles) indicated by the ST Ordering Party. When offering equivalent parts they must have the same parameters as the original parts, while meeting the functional requirements of the original parts and will be compatible with other elements of the vehicle. The ordering party requires the manufacturer of equivalent parts had a Quality Management System implemented in his company.
