Tender Details

The subject of the order is the delivery of an automatic system for microbiological tests along with the lease of the device for SPZOZ WSS No. 3 in Rybnik. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the annexes: 1) Price form - according to the template attached No. 1.1. to specifications, 2) Characteristics of the subject of the order - according to the template constituting Annex No. 1.2 to the specification, 3) Designed provisions of the contract that will be introduced into the content of the contract/contract provisions - according to the template constituting Annex No. 2 to specifications, 5) Agreement entrusting the processing of personal data in accordance with the template constituting Annex No. 2a to the specification. The agreement will be concluded after the completion of these proceedings for a period of 48 months. The Ordering Party informs that in accordance with Art. 139 of the Public Procurement Law, it will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
