1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a new, prefabricated, free-standing, automatic two-station public toilet, adapted for people with disabilities. The facility is made of a uniform composite-concrete cast, self-supporting, mobile, allowing for later relocation to another location, intended for connection to the water supply, sewage and electricity networks. The toilet will be equipped with, among others: including: automatic stainless steel doors with a cash and cashless payment system, technical and service room, touchless controlled washbasin and toilet module, baby changing table, mechanical ventilation system, heating, LED lighting and alarm and GSM communication system.2. Place of delivery of the subject of the order: place indicated by the Ordering Party in the Rajgrd commune.3. As part of the order, the Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with acceptance documents together with their detailed information list, such as: 1) Declaration of Performance issued by the toilet manufacturer in accordance with applicable law, 2) B safety certificate and hygienic certificate for the entire toilet facility, issued to the toilet manufacturer, issued by independent...
