Changes and clarification of the content of the SWZ and other procurement documents directly related to the procurement procedure will be made available on the website: https://platformazakupowa.pl/transakcja/1277540 1.The subject of the order is delivery automatic pipetting station for handling microplates for the Medical University of Gdańsk. The purchase is carried out under the project entitled "Increasing the scientific and research potential of the Multidisciplinary Clinical Research Support Center of MUG-UCK" Agreement no KPOD.07.07-IW-07-0326/24 2. The description of the subject of the order is described in detail in Annex 3 to this ToR. 3. The Ordering Party requires that the offered equipment covered by the subject of the order: a) was brand new, free from any defects and damage, without previous use and was not subject to the rights of third parties, b) was produced after January 1, 2025, c) met all standards imposed on such goods by Polish law, d) had a CE declaration of conformity or a CE certificate confirming that delivered products meet certain standards or technical specifications. The Ordering Party accepts an equivalent document issued by an entity based in another Member State of the European Economic Area. 4. The Ordering Party requires that: Artist: a) granted a warranty for the offered equipment described in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ for a period of min. 12 months from the date of signing the delivery and acceptance protocol by both parties. b)delivered the subject of the order...
