Tender Details

The subject of the order is the delivery of an automated electrophoresis system along with the lease of the analyzer for a period of 3 years for SPZOZ WSS No. 3 in Rybnik. The order specifications are included in Annex No. 1.1.A 1.1.C. to the Order Terms and Conditions ("Price Form"), while the characteristics of the systememu contains Annex No. 1.2 to the specification ("Characteristics of the subject of the order"). The types of tests that the ordering party will perform on the leased analyzer, including the 3-year estimated number of individual tests, are shown in the list constituting Annex 1.1 to this Specificationation of the Order Terms.

The Ordering Party informs that in accordance with Art. 139 of the Public Procurement Law, it will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
