The object of this public procurement is "delivery of goods" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of ZOP. Description of the subject matter for the award of this order, which includes the performance of the following activities:
• Delivery, installation, commissioning of new medical equipment for the needs of "SecondSAGBAL Sheynovo EAD, according to the technical specification and conditions of the participation documentation. The medical equipment subject to the public procurement includes the supply of a New automatic staining apparatus for staining the histological materials, the requirements for which apparatus are detailedani in the Technical Specification, where the mandatory minimum performance characteristics and functional requirements that the equipment must meet are specified.
• Training of on-site personnel to work with the delivered equipment;
• Warranty service. The contractor provides a warranty period formaintenance of the supplied equipment not less than 12 months.
