Delivery, assembly, integration and launch of a 5-axis CNC turning and milling center for the Łukasiewicz Research Network - Institute of Operational Technology 1. The subject of the order is the delivery, assembly, installation, integration and launch of the center CNC turning and milling machine, along with the necessary equipment, at the Ordering Party's headquarters. 2. As part of the execution of the order, the Contractor is obliged to: 1) Delivery of a 5-axis CNC turning and milling center to the Ordering Party's headquarters at the expense and risk Contractors. 2)Unloading, assembly, foundation and anchoring (if required). 3) Making electrical, pneumatic, refrigeration and communication connections. 4) Technological commissioning and configuration. 5) Conducting staff training Ordering Party. 6) Performing acceptance tests. 7) The Contractor is obliged to provide 3D models of the supplied CNC turning and milling center, in neutral formats (e.g. STEP or Parasolid), enabling their use in CAD/CAM systems, in in particular for the creation and verification of post-processors, simulation of processing and preparation of the digital twin environment. Models must reflect the actual kinematics, ranges of motion and working space of the machine to the extent possible conducting reliable simulation of technological processes and eliminating collisions before starting production. 3.
