1. The subject of the order is the delivery, assembly, integration and commissioning of additional car wash modules rolling stock as part of the investment task: "Design and execution of construction works for the task called: "Expansion and retrofitting of the technical facilities of Koleje Śląskie sp. z o. o. in Katowice 2. A detailed description of the subject of the Order is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (Designed provisions contracts). 3. The Ordering Party envisages applying the procedure referred to in Art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, i.e. the Ordering Party will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the Procedure. 4. The proceedings will be conducted in Polish using electronic means of communication via the Ordering Party's purchasing platform at: https://kolejeslaskie.eb2b.com.pl. Using the Platform is free of charge. On the Platform changes and clarifications of the content of the SWZ and other procurement documents directly related to the Procedure will be made available.
