Tender Details

The subject of the order is the delivery, assembly, configuration and programming of an integrated audiovisual system with a conference discussion system for the Senate meeting room. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. Required period warranty: 60 months The Ordering Party, before submitting an offer, requires the Contractor to carry out an on-site visit within the time and on the terms specified below: 1) The Ordering Party obliges the contractor to carry out an on-site visit and requires the submission of an offer after the on-site visit. 2) A visit local inspection should be carried out with the participation of the Ordering Party's representative - after prior notification of the desire to carry out a visit to the e-mail address: [email protected] and receiving confirmation of the possibility of carrying out a visit from the Ordering Party.3) The Ordering Party sets a date on-site visit on August 3, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. 4) The offer must be accompanied by a declaration constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ. 5) The Ordering Party will reject the offer if it was submitted without an on-site visit (Article 226(1) point 18 of the Public Procurement Law).
