The subject of the order is the delivery, assembly and commissioning of laboratory equipment included in the research infrastructure necessary to develop analytical and diagnostic solutions in the field of microbiological, virological and chemicals used to control the safety of plant raw materials, feed materials, food feed and the environment, i.e. delivery, assembly and commissioning of a real-time PCR device (2 pcs.) The scope of the subject matter of the order includes: 1) delivery brand new, manufactured in 2025 or 2026, originating from current production and unused before the date of delivery, excluding use necessary to perform a proper operation test, originating from official channels distribution points of the manufacturer, ensuring in particular the implementation of the warranty rights of the equipment to the extent specified in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ, including their transport, delivery, assembly (if applicable) and setting up in the place indicated by the Ordering Party. All elements of the device that are the subject of the order in question have a CE certificate of conformity confirming the device's compliance with European safety conditions.
