The subject of the order is the delivery, assembly and commissioning of: gynecological chair, body composition analyzer, collection chair, vein scanner, blood pressure monitors and a wheelchair. to perform tests at the Hospital in Kamień Pomorski Sp. z o. o. The description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, which should absolutely be submitted together with the offer form (Annex No. 1 to SWZ)3. The Ordering Party requires that the offered equipment constitutes a medical device - within the meaning of the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620, as amended, hereinafter referred to as "UoWM"), placed on the market and used in the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with applicable regulations. 4.
