Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of annual licenses for group work and communication software, which includes the following packages: a) Delivery of licenses for the needs of the Medical Research Agency: Microsoft 365 Business Premium - 150 licenses, Microsoft 365 E5 - 15 licenses, Microsoft Teams - 15 licenses, Microsoft 365 Copilot - 60 licenses, Exchange Online Plan 1 - 30 licenses. The license for a period of 12 months will be launched on the day of concluding the contract, but not earlier than May 23, 2026. b) Delivery of the license for the needs of the Supreme Bioethics Commission: Microsoft 365 Business Premium - 30 licenses, Microsoft 365 Business Standard - 5 licenses, Exchange Online Plan 1 - 5 licenses. The license for a period of 12 months will be launched on the day of concluding the contract, but not earlier than July 5, 2026. The detailed scope and obligations of the Contractor are specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, and the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
