The subject of the order is the delivery of 2 angiographs along with the necessary adjustment and adaptation works under the National Reconstruction and Immunity Plan, component D "Efficiency, availability and quality of the health care system" Investment D1.1.1 "Development and modernization of infrastructure of highly specialized care centers and other medical entities" as part of the project Improving access to and quality of cardiac care in the Independent Public Health Care Facility of the Ministry of Affairs Internal Affairs and Administration in Rzeszów". Further description of the subject of the order can be found in Annexes No. 1 and 13 to the Terms of Reference (hereinafter referred to as: SWZ). The Ordering Party completes the order in accordance with the DNSH (Do No Significant Harm) principle means that it does not cause significant harm to environmental objectives. The Ordering Party requires that the delivered angiograph complies with the principle of "not causing serious damage" resulting from Art. 17 of EU Regulation 2020/852 and the guidelines of the National Reconstruction Plan. Performer undertakes to carry out the delivery in a way that ensures no negative impact of the order on environmental goals, in particular: prevention of environmental pollution, efficient management of resources, minimization of emissions and waste.
