Delivery of an angiograph for the Hemodynamic Laboratory The subject of the order is: 1) delivery by the Contractor of an angiograph-type X-ray machine (hereinafter referred to as equipment) described in detail in the List of Required Functions and Technical Parameters constituting Annex No. 6 to SWZ. 2) adaptation by the Contractor of the Hemodynamic Laboratory constituting the target installation site of the Equipment to the extent enabling the proper functioning of the Equipment (hereinafter referred to as: "adaptation" or "adaptation works)", the detailed scope of which was described in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ, in accordance with Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. The subject of the order will be implemented under contract No. KPOD.07.02-IP.10-0374/25/KPO/656/2026/52 for support from the development plan for the Project "Development and modernization of cardiology at the Regional Specialist Hospital in Grudziądz" implemented under the National Reconstruction and Immunity Plan: Component D "Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health care system" Investment D1.1.1 "Development and modernization of the infrastructure of highly specialized care centers and other medical entities” (hereinafter referred to as: agreement to cover the project with support from the development plan).
