The subject of the order is: 1) delivery by the Contractor of an angiograph type X-ray machine (hereinafter referred to as equipment) described in detail in the List of Required Functions and Technical Parameters constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 2) adaptation by the Contractor Hemodynamic Laboratory, which is the target location for installation of the Equipment to the extent enabling the proper functioning of the Equipment (hereinafter referred to as: "adaptation" or "adaptation works)", the detailed scope of which is described in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ, in accordance with with Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. The subject of the order will be implemented under contract No. KPOD.07.02-IP.10-0374/25/KPO/656/2026/52 for support from the development plan of the project "Development and modernization of cardiology in the Regional Hospital Specialist in Grudziądz" implemented under the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan: Component D "Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health care system" Investment D1.1.1 "Development and modernization of infrastructure of care centers highly specialized and other medical entities” (hereinafter referred to as: agreement to cover the project with support from the development plan).
