Delivery of an angiograph for the Hemodynamic Laboratory The subject of the order is the delivery by the Contractor of an angiograph type X-ray machine (hereinafter referred to as equipment) described in detail in the List of Required Functions and Technical Parameters constituting Annex No. 6 to SWZ, in accordance with Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. The subject of the order will be implemented under contract No. KPOD.07.02-IP.10-0374/25/KPO/656/2026/52 for support from the development plan for the project "Development and modernization of cardiology in the Regional Specialist Hospital in Grudziądz" implemented under the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan: Component D "Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health care system" Investment D1.1.1 "Development and modernization of infrastructure of care centers highly specialized and other medical entities” (hereinafter referred to as: agreement to cover the project with support from the development plan). The Ordering Party informs that in the proceedings in question conducted under an open tender procedure, it provides for the possibility application of the procedure referred to in Art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law Using the above-mentioned procedure, the Ordering Party will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated highest in the regarding the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
