The subject of the order is the delivery of an anesthesiologist card along with implementation and integration with the HIS system. The proceedings are conducted in accordance with the Act of September 11, 2019. PZP, (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320) - hereinafter referred to as PZP, in an open tender procedure with estimated value exceeding the EU thresholds (Article 132 of the Public Procurement Law) based on Art. 138 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law. The order is co-financed from the budget of the Lublin Voivodeship and from European Union funds as part of the National Reconstruction Plan and Increasing Resilience, Component D "Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health care system", Investment D1.1.2 "Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care" - project titled "Improvement accessibility and development of digital services in health care at the Provincial Specialist Hospital in Biała Podlaska", funding application number: KPOD.07.03-IP.10-0106/25.
