Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of natural crushed aggregate with continuous grain size 0-31.5 (e.g. limestone) with transport to the place indicated by the Ordering Party and unloading in the place indicated by the Ordering Party in the Bobrowo Commune. Delivery of aggregate fraction 0-31.5 mm in an amount of 3, 500 tons. Aggregates offered and delivered must meet the requirements of the PN-EN 13242 or PN-EN 13242+A1 standard. 2. The Ordering Party envisages the use of the option right: As part of the delivery of natural limestone aggregate fraction 0-31.5 mm in an amount of 700 tons (up to 20% of the value of the basic order). 2.1. The Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the option right (in whole or in part) in the event that the basic scope is exhausted during the duration of the contract and the additional purchase an additional quantity of the product will be in the interest of the Ordering Party and results from its current needs. 2.2. In order to activate the option right, the Ordering Party will submit to the Contractor a written declaration of will to exercise the option right to a specified extent.
