The subject of the order is the delivery, transport and unloading of fuel oil to the boiler room of Zakład Usug Komunalnych w Lipsku sp. z o.o. at ul. Maej 5 and ul. 1 Maja 2 in the cashless sales system in quantities of 180, 000 liters - according to the needs of the Ordering Party Zakad Usug Komunalnych w Lipsku sp. z o. o. Deliveries will be made successively after notification via telephone or electronically by the representative of the Ordering Party indicated in the contract for each delivery place. Quantity and date of each delivery to the places indicated in the subject of the contract will be determined by the Ordering Party's representative, with the obligation to complete the delivery no later than 2 business days from the date of notification. The estimated amount of fuel oil in one delivery ranges from 2m3 to 20 m3 . The delivery must be carried out using specialized equipment and tanks intended for the transport of fuel oil, equipped with appropriate, certified fuel flow meters and equipped with the necessary devices for trouble-free pumping of oil to tanks. Transport of fuels must meet the requirements of relevant legal provisions, including those regarding fire safety...
