delivery of construction materials delivery of simple tools The subject of the order is the successive purchase and delivery for the needs of 16WOG in Drawsko Pomorskie: - task 1 - delivery of construction materials, - task 2 - delivery of simple tools, According to the forms price lists constituting annexes to the contracts. 2. The Ordering Party will execute the order on the basis of the Framework Agreement, it is planned to purchase the assortment according to executive orders, successively; from the date of signing the contract until December 10, 2026. 3. Ordering Party reserves that in the event of a need for an assortment, which has not been included in the price form, he will submit a request for quotation to Contractors, in accordance with § 6 section 13 of the Framework Agreement. a) The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the option right as referred to in Art. 441 of the Act of September 11, 2019 "Public Procurement Law", which allows for the possibility of increasing the quantitative scope of the subject of the Framework Agreement within the financial limit specified in § 4 section 2 of the Framework Agreement - but no more than up to 50% of the value of the basic order - § 4 section 1 during the term of the contract. b) The Ordering Party may exercise the option right within the specified limit in § 4 section 2, in the event of an urgent need to deliver the assortment included in the appendix to the Description Subject of the Order (hereinafter referred to as OPZ) in a situation where the financial limit of the basic order in a given year has been exhausted. c) The Ordering Party's exercise of the option right constitutes the right of the Ordering Party...
