Delivery and storage of hardware infrastructure for PZŁ SWD PRM Regional Centers
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 18 sets of devices, of which each set of devices will consist of three individual servers and two network switches enabling the servers to operate in cluster. The Ordering Party requires delivery of all sets of devices to one location selected by the Contractor in the Republic of Poland, where the protocol acceptance of the devices will take place. After receiving the devices, the Contractor will be obliged to store the devices
and successive them deliveries to individual Regional Centers located in the Republic of Poland (17 locations), in accordance with the schedule provided by the Ordering Party, by April 15, 2027. The locations of individual Regional Centers will be made available to the Contractor after concluding the contract. As part of deliveries to Regional Centers, the devices will be assembled and installed in the Ordering Party's cabinets by a third party with whom the Contractor will be obliged to cooperate in order to properly install and commission the devices.
2. Detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), which constitutes Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and in the PPU, which constitute Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
