Tender Details

The subject of the Public Contract is the supply and service of 16 large-capacity trams of the same type. At the same time, in accordance with Article 3.4 of the tender documentation, the contracting authority reserves the right to change the obligation from the contract consisting in increasing the total number of delivered trams, in the number of a maximum of 9 additional high-capacity trams tram of the same type. Part of the scope of performance is also the provision of the so-called heavy maintenance of the delivered vehicles consisting of a medium and large inspection of each vehicle (including extraordinary repairs). The specific specification of the minimum scope of activities in the framework of heavy maintenance is given in Annex No. 10 of the procurement documentation - Minimum scope of heavy maintenance. A more detailed specification of the large-capacity trams, as well as the related performance, is given in the corresponding annexes of the binding contract model, which forms Annex No. 2a of the procurement documentation.
