Delivery and replacement of the lamp in the Revolution Evo computed tomography scanner manufactured by GE. (REPLAY II)1. The subject of the order includes the lease of a lamp for the GE Revolution EVO computed tomography scanner along with its delivery, assembly, calibration, acceptance tests and specialized and full service during the lease period, as well as the option to purchase the lamp after the end of the lease period. The lease covers a period of 12 months, during which the Contractor provides full service of the lamp, including replacing the lamp with a brand new one in the case of failure, without additional costs for the Ordering Party.2.
