Brief description of the subject of the order: 1) A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Attachments to the SWZ: a) Attachment No. 1 Detailed design of replacement of DS 416 circuit breakers with new ones in the RGB switchgear at the National Theater and Catalog Cards, b) Attachment No. 2 Technical specifications of the execution and receptionconstruction works, replacement of DS 416 switches with new ones in the RGB switchgear in the National Theatre, c) Annex No. 3 Bid cost estimate, replacement of DS 416 switches with new ones in the RGB switchboard in the National Theatre.2) Due to the specific nature of the subject of the order, the Ordering Party requires the submission of an offer after by Execawc on-site visit in order to become familiar with the scope of work.3) Each Contractor who submitted an offer must undergo an on-site visit as a mandatory condition for participation in the procedure. The offer of a Contractor who does not complete the mandatory on-site visit will be rejected in accordance with Art. 226 section 1 point 18 Pzp.4) VolThe date of the on-site visit must be notified and agreed upon with the Ordering Party.
