Tender Details

Delivery and purchase of electricity for the Sosnowiec Commune. 1. The subject of the order is the supply of electricity and the purchase of electricity generated in renewable energy installations belonging to the Ordering Party, carried out in accordance with the Energy Law, the Act on Renewable Energy Sources, applicable implementing regulations and quality standards of customer service. A detailed list of energy consumption points, renewable energy installations and the forecast volume of electricity covered by the order is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - "Description of the subject of the order EE 2027-2028". 2.The subject of the order includes: 1) supply of electricity to the Ordering Party's energy consumption points, 2) repurchase of electricity generated and fed into networks from the Ordering Party's RES installations, 3) settlement of electricity according to the four groups of recipients specified in the table below, for which the Contractor is obliged to offer separate unit prices of electricity applicable respectively in 2027 and 2028.
