Tender Details

Delivery and purchase of electricity for the Ochotnica Dolna Commune 1. The subject of the order is the supply of electricity for the needs of the Ordering Party to electricity consumption points and the purchase of surplus electricity generated from renewable energy sources. belonging to the Ordering Party, within 12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, with a total estimated supply of 1, 057, 320 kWh and repurchase of 247, 201 kWh. Deliveries and settlement of PPE with prosumer installations will take place on the terms specified in the Act Energy Law of April 10, 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended) and the implementing acts issued on its basis, as well as the Act of February 20, 2015 on renewable energy sources (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1436, as amended). 2.Estimated the amount of energy broken down into tariff groups is: 1) tariff group O12b - approx. 375, 882 kWh 2) tariff group Cx - approx. 679, 817 kWh 3) Gx tariff group - approx. 1, 621 kWh 3. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the option right referred to in Art. 441 the Public Procurement Law, consisting in extending the period of implementation of the subject of the contract, on the terms specified in the SWZ and the draft provisions of the contract. 4.
