Tender Details

1. The order of the contract was specified in detail in Annexes 7, 8/I, 8/II and 8/III to SWZ.

2. Granity and warranty:

1) the contractor will grant a 36-month-old guarantees of quality and warranty for defects for the subject of the contract from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol of the work. IN case, When the tree is replaced with new (new plantings) during the warranty and warranty period, the 36-month warranty period and warranty for a new tree will be counted from the date of its planting,

2) during the warranty period and warranty for defects, the contractor will be obliged to carry out the planned inspections stand - in May and September each year. This act will be confirmed by the reviewer prepared and signed by the Contractor and approved by the representative

3) during the warranty period and warranty for defects, the Contractor will be obliged for warranty care including:

a) current watering of trees as needed,

b) weeding bears at trees,

c) removal of suckers,

d) combating diseases and pests (e.g. spraying),

e) fertilization,

f) sanitary cuts,

g) repair and replacement of housings,

h) other treatments necessary to maintain the vitality and appearance of trees, consistent with a species/variety.

3. The contractor shall perform the subject of the contract with the utmost care required from the entity professionally providing this type of work, on the basis of ensuring the highest quality of work, in accordance with the provisions of generally applicable law, as well as with ordinance No. 140/21 Pr...
