Delivery and planting of trees in urban green areas in Szczecin - areas I, II, III Delivery and planting of trees in urban green areas in Szczecin - districts IV, V, VI, VII, municipal cemeteries Delivery and planting of trees in administered areas by the Management Board of Municipal Buildings and Premises in Szczecin Delivery and planting of trees in the Central Cemetery in Szczecin 1. The subject of the contract was specified in detail in Annexes No. 7, 8/I, 8/II, 8/III and 8/IV to the SWZ. 2.Warranty i warranty: 1) The contractor will provide the offered period of quality guarantee and warranty for defects for the completed subject of the order, counting from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol of the works. If the tree is replaced with a new one during the warranty and warranty period, the guarantee and warranty period for the new tree will not be counted from the date of its planting, but will continue until the date on which the quality guarantee and warranty period for defects of the tree that has been replaced expires. 2) During the warranty and warranty period for defects, The Contractor will be obliged to inspect the planted trees in accordance with the rules set out in the Detailed specification of technical execution and acceptance of works (Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ), 3) During the warranty and warranty period for defects, the Contractor will be obliged to perform warranty maintenance specified in the Detailed Technical Specification and acceptance of works (Appendix No. 7 to SWZ), 3.The contractor will perform the subject of the order with the utmost care...
