The subject of the order will enable the provision of two-way APN-M2M data transmission services in two main business areas:
• smart metering (VOC - remote readings, parameterization and control of electricity meters)
• smart grid (control of the energy network from the application scad),
It is estimated that from the moment of signing the agreement with the commercial M2M reserve operator in the fourth quarter of 2025, 200, 000 USIM M2M cards will need to be activated within 17 months.
The analysis of the possibility of dividing the order indicates that it will be beneficial for the Company to divide the order into: 2 (two) lots of 100, 000 pieces of USIM M2M cards, in which 1 (one) Contractor may order a maximum of 1 (one) lot.
