Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of water meters and remote reading radio modules for recipients of water and sewage services, in accordance with the Act on collective water supply and collective sewage disposal. Water meters and modules must work with ju the Ordering Party's existing remote reading system LibraRS, implemented in 2020-2021.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order includes: - Annex No. 4 to the SWZ - Ordering Party's Guidelines.3. The order should be made in accordance with the order documentation, including SWZ and annexes and recommendations of the Ordering Party. The contractor is responsible for quality and compliance with the technical and quality conditions described for the subject of the order. 4. WARRANTYThe Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with: - a quality guarantee for the entire subject of the order, incl. including the work performed, materials, products and devices used for a minimum period of 36 months counted from the date of final acceptance, the maximum warranty period expected by the Ordering Party is 60 months, - warranty for defects for a period equal to the warranty period counted from the day of final collection.
