Delivery and installation of a warehouse shelving system for the Silesian Voivodeship Office in Katowice 1. The subject of the order is the delivery and assembly of a warehouse racking system (shelves and pallets) for the needs of the Silesian Provincial Office in Katowice. 2. The order in question is implemented under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026. 3. Pursuant to Art. 257 point 1 of the Public Procurement Act, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question if the measures which the Ordering Party intended to use to finance all or part of the order were not awarded to it. 4. In the procedure, the ordering party envisages the use of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, i.e. the Ordering Party will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the proceedings. 1. The subject of the order is delivery and installation of a warehouse racking system (shelves and pallets) for the needs of the Silesian Provincial Office in Katowice. 2.
