Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of treatment devices for treatment bases at Uzdrowisko Koobrzeg S.A. in Koobrzeg, in accordance with Annex No. 1 to SWZ.2. Description of the devices in Annex 1 to SWZ.2. The delivered equipment should be brand new and equipped with appropriate approvals and certificates and should meet the technical and operational parameters described in the product specifications included in Annex 1 to this specification. Each device should be accompanied by an operating manual prepared in Polish and a warranty card.3. Delivery includes the service of delivering the ordered equipment by transporting the contractor to its destination, installing the devices at the workplace, connecting the devices to appropriate networks and their commissioning and training of staff operating the devices.4. Response time to possible failures is a maximum of 24 hours during the warranty period.5. In the event of a failure lasting longer than 2 days, a replacement device will be provided only utility functions.6.
