1. The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of software supporting the analysis of digital images in pathomorphology, carried out as part of the task entitled: Creation of technologies supported by AI in medical diagnostics, therapy and research in order to ensuring high-quality health care in the Pomerania Euroregion. 2. Place of order fulfillment: West Pomeranian Oncology Center at ul. Strzałowska 22 in Szczecin; Department of Pathology, building no. 8 - Diagnostics and Therapy Center Cancer. 3. The scope of the subject of the order includes all activities necessary to ensure the ORDERING PARTY's proper use of the subject of the order, including in particular transport (if applicable), assembly, commissioning, insurance at the expense of CONTRACTOR of all elements of the subject of the order from the risk of accidental loss, destruction, damage, theft until the final acceptance protocol of the subject of the order is signed, including during transport (if applicable). 4. Detailed scope subject of the order: a) delivery of software with a license; term license for a period of min. 36 months, b) installation and launch of software on dedicated servers of the ORDERING PARTY, c) training of software users - training in place, d) warranty for a period of 36 months. 5.
