1 The subject of the order is the delivery, assembly and commissioning of a complete, brand new, passenger lift in an existing shaft in a public utility building (Library) Miczyn 164, 22-455 Miczyn as part of the task Delivery and assembly of a platform for the disabled in a public utility building (Library).2 The subject of the order includes: delivery, assembly and commissioning of a complete, brand new passenger lift and performance of necessary construction works, in particular: - adaptation of existing openings shafts for the new lift - delivery and installation of the mounting beam in the shaft; - installation of new shaft doors; - processing of shaft doors inside the shaft; - processing of glyphs of door openings, including painting the front walls of the shaft at a distance of 300 mm from the door openings; - cleaning after completion of the work; - disposal of waste generated during the work. The subject of the order also includes the preparation of technical documentation for compliance assessment and registration, as well as the launch and acceptance of the Office of Technical Inspection along with obtaining a decision allowing the operation of the new crane.3 A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 1 to...
