The subject of the performance of the public contract is the supply and implementation of a modern automatic packaging machine designed for folding, packaging and printing shipping labels of textile products within the customer's premises. The device will be used for fully automated the processing of textile products after the completion of the printing production process, with an emphasis on high efficiency, uniform packaging quality, operator ergonomics and full integration into the client's information system (WMS). The required solution must ensure smooth handling of textile products, automatic creation of a standardized form of packaging, the possibility of printing shipping labels and an operating performance of at least 400 products per hour. The delivery must include a control interface with the possibility of localization into Czech and Slovak or English language, safety features according to applicable legislation and all necessary technical and operational documentation. The device must provide operational and diagnostic data in real time and be ready for operation in accordance with the principles of Industry 4.0, including communication through standardized interfaces enabling integration with the contractor's WMS system. The delivery also includes transport, assembly, putting the device into operation, operator training, provision of operational and service documentation and support during integration with the contractor's WMS system.
