1. The subject of the contract is the delivery, assembly and launch of a cogeneration unit with a capacity of approx. 1 MWe together with devices, connections, apparatus and software, necessary for its proper work and cooperation with existing cogenerators. 2. The order of the contract includes, in particular: 1) developing technical documentation in all industries required by the scope of work (including, among others, the project to rebuild and adapt the room for a new cogenerator, electrical power supply, ventilation, sanitary installations, etc.), necessary for proper installation of equipment at the place of their location. 2) Delivery of a cogeneration unit intended for continuous work, powered by biogas from existing biogas installations. 3) Installation of devices in the room of a cogeneration unit, including connection of supply and exhaust ventilation channels, exhaust fumes, gas, heating, energy cables, and acpia.
