The conditions under which the subject of the order will be implemented, the rights and obligations of the Contracting Authority and the Contractor for each of the individual items, which are awarded through this procedure are in accordance with the documentation for the public procurement and the draft contract for each of the individual positions, as well as in accordance with the applicable regulations.
