Delivery and installation of motorized stage covers
The client intends to enter into a contract for the purchase of a new stage technical arrangement and the replacement of the old one. The purpose of the procurement is to cover the client's need to have a well-functioning and user-friendly stage technical setup that enables them to efficiently and safely carry out various stage productions on stage. The facility must be used and operated by the client's own employees, including technical personnel and cultural staff. It is therefore important that the delivery includes the necessary services for safe commissioning and proper use, including documentation, training and handover. Description of the assignment The procurement concerns the complete delivery and installation of motor-driven stage covers with associated control and power for the covers, power and DMX for light. A total of 11 stage covers must be delivered, divided into 10 covers on the stage and 1 cover in the hall above the rows of chairs for use as front lights. One of the moves on stage must have the option of moving the carpet sideways/horizontally. Existing stage carpets must be dismantled, adapted if necessary and reused in the new one the installation. The delivery must be complete and functional, and include all necessary equipment and all necessary services for a fully commissioned plant.
