Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the execution of the order called Delivery and installation of laboratory equipment as part of the procedure entitled Permanent development of warehouse and laboratory rooms on the 6th floor of building B.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Appendix No. 4 and No. 8 to SWZ. The subject of the order must be made in accordance with the method of making the reference rack prototype.3. The supplied equipment must be brand new, unused, not subject to any repairs, free from physical and legal defects, ready for use. in accordance with its intended purpose, it must meet the applicable quality and technical standards, it cannot be encumbered with any rights for third parties and it must meet the requirements set out in the specifications of the order conditions.4. The delivered subject matter of the contract must be in fully operational and ready to be used for its intended purpose.5. The delivered subject matter of the contract must come from current production.6. The subject of the contract cannot be intended by the manufacturer to be withdrawn from production or sale; this requirement does not apply to equipment made to measure.7.
